- Non Code loans only (e.g loans in a company name or where >50% of the loan funds are to be used for business purposes (other than residential property investment)
- Loans secured via commercial real estate
- Minimal paperwork necessary

- Terms from (6 months - 5 years)
- Maximum first mortgage LVR 66% (75% with a blended second mortgage, for selected security)
- Victorian metro security only
