Existing Customers
Standard payment processing times apply with Loan Service Net (LSN) available to our customers each business day of the holiday period. All applications currently in progress will have automated status updates emailed to contact parties (if applicable).
Franchise / Broker Enquiries
All new business enquiries and consultations can be scheduled commencing 10:00am Tuesday 9th January 2024.
New Loan Enquiries
All new loan enquiries will be attended to commencing 9:00am Monday 8th January 2024.
